Last year's art classes left me rather drained, and really didn't give me anything decent to submit either, but this year I get a lot more artistic freedom, and I've actually been creating things I'm genuinely proud to show off.
So I should be submitting a lot more art in the coming months, mostly from my work at school, in painting and photography classes.
Expect to see more of that apple, [link] which is a major thematic element and visual metaphor in this year's work. It will appear in my paintings as well.
I've got three acrylic paintings on the way, two of which are done and one of which is in progress now, which I'll submit here as a group very soon. After that, I'm starting on Oils, which I enjoy far more, and should yield better results.
Oh and I've got quite a backlog of other people's art to look at here too, which should be good to look through and comment.
Thats me. Looking forward to seeing how my art is received, and as always looking forward to yours.

Yeah I haven't been deviantarting much recently, I was too busy with school and stuff, and since then... well laziness, you know.
Have been well though, how about you?
Oh and I'm loving your recent work, sorry I haven't managed to comment but I've been checking them all as you upload the WIPs

How are you anyway?

Thats rather annoying.
All it was really was was a little explanation of the other night.
I won't repeat it, but basically I drew this conclusion: When I'm going on long walks at night in the rain, I really shouldn't take my cell phone. Haha. I wound up saying some things I really shouldn't have, and that weren't really how they should have been.
If that makes sense. Perhaps I was just justifying things in my own head anyway.
Other than that... Yeah I'm quite good actually, not for any particular reason.
How about you?
And wow, that IS forever. What do you... do?
Without a computer, I'd just sit here and look at the wall I suppose. Or develop some kind of unhealthy hobby like playing sports or jogging places a lot.
Will it be much longer, do you think? I'd hate to see you come back online after so long and tell me you've discovered the joy of teamwork and participation. hah.
Wow, long comment.
